Agreed, Sarah. I've been monitoring their session attendance and they haven't missed a single appointment in the last 4 weeks. Their adherence to home exercises is also impressive at 95%. I think they're definitely ready for progression.

From a manual therapy perspective, I recommend adding soft tissue mobilization to address the residual tightness in their hamstrings. During our last session, I noticed they still have about 15° limited knee extension ROM. This could be holding them back from progressing to higher intensity exercises. I'd suggest 2-3 sessions focused on this before advancing the protocol.

Great point, Emily. I've also noticed some compensation patterns during single-leg squats - they're shifting weight to the unaffected side. Might be worth incorporating some proprioceptive training and balance work before we ramp up the intensity. Perhaps wobble board exercises and single-leg balance holds?

Quick note from the front desk - the client mentioned during check-in today that they've been experiencing some increased soreness after their last session. They didn't want to bother anyone about it but thought I should pass it along. Might be worth checking in with them before progressing the protocol?

Excellent feedback everyone! Based on all your input, here's the updated plan:
Action Items:
1. Emily - Add soft tissue mobilization for hamstrings (2-3 sessions)
2. Tom - Incorporate proprioceptive training and balance work
3. Lucy - Thanks for flagging the soreness. I'll give them a call today to discuss
4. Delay progression to Intermediate Protocol by 2 weeks
5. Reassess ROM and compensation patterns next Monday
Let's reconvene on the AdBoard after reassessment. Great teamwork! 🎯

From an analytics perspective, I noticed this client's sleep quality has dropped from 85% to 78% over the past week. This correlates with the increased soreness. Poor sleep can significantly impact recovery and pain perception. Might be worth discussing sleep hygiene and recovery strategies with them.

Based on the recent PROM scores and adherence data, I recommend we transition this client to the Intermediate ACL Rehab Protocol. Their pain levels have decreased significantly (from 6/10 to 3/10) and they're showing excellent motivation (9/10). Let's schedule a reassessment next week to confirm they're ready for progressive loading exercises.
